Refund policy

We want you to love your Tiny Trove pieces. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp at 0321 4400055 with your order number. Return delivery charges are paid by the customer.

Once we receive and check the item, we’ll send your exchange or process your refund by bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days.

Items damaged or incorrect on arrival: please message us within 3 days with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
